The name tells you the format.
Our collection includes creams, lotions and serums. Those names describe product formats; they do not mean every product within a format has the same ingredients or suits the same person.
Creams in the collection.
CeraVe Moisturising Cream appears as a tub and a tube. NIVEA Soft is also a cream, with face, body and hands identified on the supplied tub. Compare the actual labels and pack sizes rather than assuming two creams are interchangeable.
Lotions in the collection.
CeraVe and Cetaphil both have moisturising lotions here, shown in pump bottles. Vaseline Cocoa Radiant is a body lotion. The use area and skin-type line should be checked on each product.
Serums need a closer look.
The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow Revealing Serum is a skincare product. The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density is a haircare product used on the scalp. A dropper bottle alone does not tell you how or where a serum is intended to be used.
Choose the exact product, then check directions.
Open the catalogue and compare the brand, product name, pack and stated use. Ask for the full label if needed, and follow the instructions for the exact product you receive.
