1. Choose your product.
Open a product page and check the brand, product name and pack size. Some sizes are awaiting confirmation; we clearly mark those so you can ask before ordering.
2. Open Messenger or Facebook.
Select “Order on Messenger” to open our Messenger link. Prefer Facebook? Use “Order via Facebook” to visit our page and send a message there. You can also copy the ready-made product enquiry on each product page and paste it into chat.
3. Confirm the details.
Tell us which product and quantity you want, along with your delivery area. Ask us to confirm the exact pack, price, expected arrival, delivery charge, payment arrangements, and cancellation or return terms.

- Full product name, version, size and quantity
- Final product price and delivery charge
- Expected arrival and delivery timeframe
- Payment recipient and payment terms
- Cancellation, delay and return arrangements
- Relevant pack dates, ingredients or allergens
4. Keep your confirmation.
Once you and the team agree the details, keep a copy of the order confirmation and payment receipt. The website does not take payments. Clicking an order button does not create a confirmed order.
